You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit false or misleading information.
Products, descriptions and pricing
We aim to present accurate product names, photographs, specifications, availability and prices. Minor differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches or supplier updates. We may correct an obvious error before accepting or dispatching an order.
Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. Promotions, availability and prices may change without notice before an order is confirmed.
Orders and payments
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted after we confirm the product, price, delivery details and selected payment method. We may contact you when information is incomplete or additional delivery arrangements are needed.
Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer are currently supported. If card payments are enabled, they will be processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Bank-transfer orders may remain on hold until payment is verified.
Delivery and local pickup
Delivery charges depend on the address and postcode entered at checkout. Oversized, heavy, remote-area or multi-item orders may require a revised charge, which we will communicate before dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed when delays are outside our reasonable control.
For local pickup, wait for confirmation that the order is ready and bring the information reasonably required to identify the order.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Contact us promptly before returning an item. Keep the product, accessories, packaging and proof of purchase while the request is reviewed. Eligibility depends on the condition of the product, the reason for return and any product-specific limitations.
Approved refunds are issued using an appropriate method agreed with the customer. Processing time can depend on the bank or payment provider. Original delivery charges are generally not refundable unless the return results from an incorrect, damaged or defective item supplied by us.
Responsible product use
Camping and outdoor equipment must be inspected, assembled, maintained and used according to its instructions and suitable conditions. Customers are responsible for selecting equipment appropriate for the intended activity and using fuel-burning products only in safe, properly ventilated outdoor locations.
Intellectual property and availability
Website text, branding, design and original media belong to Camping Master SL or their respective owners and may not be commercially reproduced without permission. We may update, suspend or withdraw website features when reasonably necessary.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sri Lanka. We may update them to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The version displayed when you use the website applies to that use.
